    Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji served the Bar Association Kairana as President for 26 times and on being elected President, Babuji used to take the oath that he would work with full devotion towards the Bar Association and take legal action towards to proceed the continuous progress of Bar Association Kairana . 1-Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji was not only a great advocate but also a conscious consumer. The work of supplying gas in Kandhla started in the year 1988, before that Mrs. Bina Kaushik, the wife of Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate, had brought ISI mark stove from her maternal home in Bareilly and the gas cylinder used to come from Meerut. When Super Gas Service started working in Kandhla, he made it a rule that the stove should also be taken from Super Gas Service, then Babuji as Wrote a letter to Mr. Ashok Suri, Deputy Manager, LPG Sales, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, New Delhi dated 02 April 1988  "Regarding the release of LPG connection by Super Gas Service Kandhala (Muzaffarnagar), in which he said - " *- That the following signatory contacted your agent Ratan Singh Nirwal on 25.03.88, then he said that if you have a stove, it will be inspected. *- This is to draw your attention to your letter dated 07.07.1987, through which you have informed Mr. Niranjan Swaroo...

  पूर्व पीठिका: Reason behind book creation Useless to say better than misfortune When the mind analysed on the reason behind the creation of the book "Kaushal Prasad: Synonyms with Truth - Barefoot on Kantak Path", then got the gist in the lines of the poem "Kamal Ke Phool" (Flowers of Lotus) which was written by the famous Hindi lyricist respected Bhavani Prasad Mishra -  I have brought flowers of lotus.  What should I do?  Spread you aanchal ( border of a dress, dupatta or sari, etc.)  leave; Be light!  but what will happen of lotus flower? ............... don't fill the  aanchal by mistake  don't hold them in your lap  I should not die under their burden ! (that is Saying the deepest feelings of the heart to someone removes the heavy burden of the mind & heart , but whether the person in front will give respect to his/her expressed expressions or not, it cannot be guessed, it is possible that the person will make fun of your deep...

 Babuji had affection like a real brother to the former Judge Late Mr Mahesh Agrawal ji, a native of Kandhla. Mahesh ji's youngest brother  Ex-District Judge Respected Mr. Bharat Bhushan Agrawal ji was  on the post of District Judge, Meerut in 2004. When Babu ji went to Meerut for some work, he reached his residence to meet him. I was with him too. As soon as Bharat Bhushan ji got the information from the orderly ; he immediately came out to meet Babu ji and welcomed Babu ji with a warm embrace. His spontaneity and intimacy had made Babuji and my heart affectionate. The son of the next generation of this family, Mr. Shekhar Agrawal ji [IAS] has brought laurels to the Kandhla region while holding high administrative posts.  Father is a relation on which both life and honor of a daughter depends. My father Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate Ji has completely fulfilled both these criteria. My father was trying hard to get us higher education, but my father was never going to interfere in our hobbies and interests. Our mother used to take full responsibility of our education. Papa was familiar with the school and college teachers and clerk's office. If our teachers also needed legal help, they met papa and papa never let them go to Kairana court to get their work done, but didn't try to take illegal advantage of this introduction in relation to education or increase in marks.  Not only our teachers but also the citizens of the area have been praising the kindness of Papa's nature without any hesitation .
