 स्व बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी न्यायिक भ्रष्टाचार के सख्त विरोधी थे और उनके समय में कैराना कचहरी का प्रत्येक अधिवक्ता, क्लर्क और कोर्ट का कर्मचारी आज भी उनके समय की साफ सुथरी न्यायिक व्यवस्था के गुणगान करता है. उन्होंने न्यायालयों में अपने समय में सुविधा शुल्क जैसी कुरीति को पनपने नहीं दिया. उनके इसी विरोध के कारण और जूनियर अधिवक्ताओं में उनकी जबरदस्त लोकप्रियता के कारण न्यायिक अधिकारी और कर्मचारी उनसे भयभीत रहते थे और बहुत से सीनियर अधिवक्ता उनके खिलाफ तरह तरह के षड्यंत्र रच कर उन्हें कोर्ट से दूर रखने का प्रयास करते थे, किन्तु कोई भी अध्यक्ष बार एसोसिएशन कैराना बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी के नेतृत्व को चुनौती नहीं दे पाता था. बाबू जी ने कभी भी निजी वक़ालत को न्याय से ऊपर नहीं रखा और अगर कहीं भी न्यायिक भ्रष्टाचार दिखाई दिया तो उसके खिलाफ अपनी आवाज बुलंद की.    हम जानते थे कि बाबूजी ने एक जज को बर्खास्त कराया था क्योंकि उसने बाबू जी के एक मुकदमे में गलत निर्णय दिया था और उसके लिए गवाही देने बाबू जी मुजफ्फरनगर गए थे. बाबूजी के संग्रह से हमें जब उनके नाम का एक नोटिस मिला...
