Babu Kaushal Prasad was always engaged in the interests of the advocates of the bar. Whenever we went to him for any work, he always stood firmly with us.

He did not give importance to factionalism, even if he was a member of any faction before the election, but after the election he was the president of all the advocates. He was fearless, used to talk directly to the judges about the interests of the lawyers. It was in his habit to maintain respect for the Bar and speak directly to the officials for the interests of lawyers

He was the president of the Bar Association Kairana for a long time, twenty six years. Not only Bar but any employee of the court used to take his help for their interests. I am associated with RLD and my leader honorable Ajit Singh ji also told me that - "brother your's President ji is a real Struggler and l strongly believe that Bar Association Kairana will not get such president again.

कौशल प्रसाद बार के अधिवक्ताओं के हित में हर वक्त लगे रहते थे .हम उनके पास जब भी किसी काम से आये ,वे हमेशा हमारे साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर खड़े हुए .वे गुटबाजी को महत्व नहीं देते थे ,चुनाव से पहले भले ही वे किसी गुट के सदस्य हों किन्तु चुनाव के बाद वे सभी अधिवक्ताओं के अध्यक्ष होते थे .वे निर्भीक थे ,जजों से वकीलों के हितों को लेकर सीधे बात करते थे .बार का सम्मान बनाए रखना और वकीलों के हितों को लेकर सीधे बात करना उनकी आदत में शामिल था .वे 26 वर्ष जैसे लम्बे समय तक बार के अध्यक्ष रहे .न केवल बार बल्कि कचहरी का कोई भी कर्मचारी अपने हितों के लिए उनकी मदद लेता था .मैं रालोद से जुड़ा हूँ और मेरे नेता माननीय अजीत सिंह जी ने भी मुझसे कहा था कि भाई तुम्हारे अध्यक्ष जी बहुत जुझारू हैं .आज उनके न रहने पर बार को उनकी कमी पग-पग पर महसूस होती है .उनका निधन बार की अपूरणीय क्षति है और मैं यह दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ कि उनके जैसा बार का अध्यक्ष न पहले कभी हुआ है और न आगे कभी होगा .
