बाबू कौशल प्रसाद जी ने हमें सम्मानजनक स्थिति दी -चौधरी आसिफ चौहान एडवोकेट

      Late Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate Ji was a great man of Bar Association Kairana. When I came to practice in Kairana court in 2015, I could not meet him personally but  my senior and fellow advocates told me about his works which was done  for the welfare of advocates . I kept knowing something about it everyday. In this sequence, I came to know that at one time it was running three  Bars at Civil Court of Kairana -

1- Bar Association Kairana, 

2- Youth Bar Association Kairana, and

 3- Civil Bar Association Kairana. 

        But this was Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate Ji who affiliated the Bar Association Kairana with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh on 8 July 1989 and made capable the advocates of Kairana in a respectable position to get help from the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and the other two Bars which were standing at par with Babuji's bar, neither got affiliated with the Honorable Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh by it's representatives , nor found any future of their own.

 स्वर्गीय बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी बार एसोसिएशन कैराना के एक महान व्यक्ति थे .जब मैं 2015 में कैराना कोर्ट में प्रैक्टिस करने आया, तब मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनसे नहीं मिल पाया किन्तु अपने वरिष्ठ और साथी अधिवक्ताओं से उनके अधिवक्ता हित में किये गए कार्यों के बारे में रोज ही कुछ न कुछ जानता रहा .इसी क्रम में मुझे पता लगा कि एक समय कैराना में तीन बार चल रही थी -

1- बार एसोसिएशन कैराना, 

2- युवा बार संघ कैराना, और 

3- सिविल बार संघ कैराना.      

 लेकिन वो बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी ही थे जिन्होंने बार एसोसिएशन कैराना को बार काउंसिल ऑफ उत्तर प्रदेश से 8 जुलाई 1989 को संबद्ध कराया और कैराना के अधिवक्ताओं को बार काउंसिल ऑफ उत्तर प्रदेश से सहायता प्राप्त करने की सम्मान जनक स्थिति में खड़ा किया और जो दोनों बार बाबूजी की बार के समकक्ष खड़ी थी, उन्होंने न तो अपनी संस्था को माननीय बार काउंसिल ऑफ उत्तर प्रदेश से संबद्ध कराया, न ही आगे अपना कोई भविष्य पाया.

ऐसी पढ़ी लिखी से तो अनपढ़ ही अच्छी लड़कियां  दैनिक जागरण के 13 जनवरी 2013 के''झंकार ''में दुर्गेश सिंह के साथ चित्रांगदा सिंह की बातचीत के अंश पढ़े , तरस आ गया चित्रांगदा की सोच पर ,जो कहती हैं -      ''  मुझे कुछ दिनों पहले ही एक प्रैस कांफ्रेंस में एक वरिष्ठ महिला पत्रकार मिली ,उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि अपनी इस हालत के लिए महिलाएं ही जिम्मेदार हैं ,कौन कहता है उनसे छोटे कपडे पहनने के लिए ?मैं दंग रह गयी इतनी पढ़ी लिखी महिला की यह दलील सुनकर ...........''     दंग तो चित्रांगदा आपको ही नहीं सभी को होना होगा ये सोचकर कि क्या पढ़े लिखे होने का मतलब ये है कि शरीर को वस्त्र विहीन कर लिया जाये ?सदियों पहले मानव सभ्यता की शुरुआत में जैसे जैसे खोजकर कपड़ों  का निर्माण आरम्भ हुआ और मानव ने अपने तन को वस्त्र से ढंकना आरम्भ किया नहीं तो उससे पहले तो मनुष्य नंगा ही घूमता था देखिये ऐसे -   और आज की लड़कियां अपने तन की नुमाइश कर आदि काल की  ओर खिसकती जा रही हैं और समझ रही हैं खुद की अक्ल से खुद को आधुनिक .सही कपडे पहनकर कॉलिज आने...

पत्र और पत्रोत्तर  1-09.06.1990 बाबूजी का पत्र   Late Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji had very close relations with the influential officials and politicians of his time and he knew how to keep those relations alive, but till date the record is that he never took any personal advantage of any relationship, even That in their papers, we found filled forms for notary advocate, both of his own and his wife Mrs. Bina Kaushik Advocate ji, but neither he could get himself appointed notary nor his wife.  On the appointment of Hon'ble Shri Virendra Verma ji as the Governor of Punjab, he sent warm wishes to him on behalf of the Bar Association as President Bar Association Kairana, as well as on the receipt of the letter sent by Virendra Verma ji in support of the High Court Bench , Babu ji also praised his speech given at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi on 28 May 1990, but along with all this did not forget to keep in mind the interest of his Bar Association and wrote at the end...
