अभिनन्दन बाबू हुकुम सिंह 1 मई 2006

    President of Bar Association Kairana Late Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji had friendly relations with the area's influential leader, Deputy Leader of BJP Legislature Party Uttar Pradesh, MLA, former Minister and eminent Advocate Late Babu Hukum Singh ji and this relation was since then when Babu Hukum Singh ji was practiced as an advocate in Muzaffarnagar. But as Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji had a vision of getting the work done for the Bar Association Kairana and the Court without taking personal benefit towards all the relations, here also Babuji did the same and repeatedly requested to Late Babu Hukum Singh ji,With his cooperation Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji was successful in fulfillment the requirements related to the courts located in Kairana  in a systematic way and made the Bar Association Kairana a strong and capable organization.

It could be said without any hesitation that it is the greatness of Babu Hukum Singh ji that he also fully cooperated with Babuji in the progress of Kairana Kachari and Bar Association Kairana. In view of this great cooperation of Late Babu Hukum singh ji, he was felicitated by the president Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji on behalf of Bar Association Kairana on 1st May 2006 and as the Bar Association  was always in babu ji's heart ; he himself prepared this letter of felicitation  for Babu Hukum Singh ji without any paper study -

" You are a skilled politician as well as a learned jurist. The building for the proposed Additional District and Sessions Court in Kairana premises has been  available only because of you . In November 2001, two fast track courts have been established in Kairana Kachari . The people of this area are getting quick, easy and cheap Justice due to your efforts .

 In the year 2004, the library of Bar Association Kairana could be built only because of your grace and financial support. Bar Association Kairana expresses its gratitude to you again and again for your above works. The proposal to establish a regular Additional District and Sessions Court in Kairana is under consideration of the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the last 6 years. Bar Association Kairana expects your constructive cooperation for the speedy establishment of this court.

 Lastly, the Bar Association Kairana wishes that may you live long and the pace of development in Kairana Assembly Constituency continues uninterrupted under your leadership. "


 अध्यक्ष बार एसोसिएशन कैराना स्व बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी के क्षेत्र के प्रभावशाली नेता, उपनेता भाजपा विधान मंडल दल उत्तर प्रदेश, विधायक, पूर्व मंत्री और एडवोकेट स्व बाबू हुकुम सिंह जी से मित्रवत संबंध थे और ये संबंध तबसे थे जब बाबू हुकुम सिंह मुजफ्फरनगर में एक अधिवक्ता के रूप में प्रैक्टिस किया करते थे, किन्तु जैसा कि बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी का सभी सम्बन्धों के प्रति निजी लाभ न लेकर बार एसोसिएशन कैराना और कचहरी के लिए ही कार्य कराने का नजरिया रहा, यहां भी बाबूजी ने वही किया और बार बार स्व बाबू हुकुम सिंह जी से अनुरोध कर, उनके सहयोग से कैराना स्थित न्यायालयों से संबंधित आवश्यकताओं को पूर्ण कर एक व्यवस्थित रूप प्रदान किया व बार एसोसिएशन कैराना को एक सशक्त व सक्षम संगठन बनाया और ये बाबू हुकुम सिंह जी की भी महानता कही जाएगी कि उन्होंने भी कैराना कचहरी और बार एसोसिएशन कैराना की उन्नति में बाबूजी का बढ़ चढ़ कर सहयोग किया। स्व बाबू हुकुम सिंह जी के इसी महान सहयोग के मद्देनजर अध्यक्ष बाबू कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट जी द्वारा बार एसोसिएशन कैराना की ओर से 1 मई 2006 को उनका अभिनन्दन किया गया और जैसे कि बाबूजी के हृदय में बार एसोसिएशन बसी हुई थी उन्होंने स्वयं बिना कागजों की पड़ताल किए ये अभिनन्दन पत्र बाबू हुकुम सिंह जी के लिए तैयार किया -

" आप कुशल राजनीतिज्ञ के साथ साथ कुशल कानूनविद हैं। कैराना कचहरी में प्रस्तावित अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय के लिए भवन आपकी कृपा से उपलब्ध हो सका है। नवंबर 2001 में दो फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट की कैराना कचहरी में स्थापना आपके प्रयासों द्वारा हो सकी है जिससे इस क्षेत्र की जनता को शीघ्र, सुलभ एवं सस्ता न्याय प्राप्त हो रहा है. वर्ष 2004 में बार एसोसिएशन कैराना के पुस्तकालय का निर्माण आपकी कृपा एवं आर्थिक सहयोग के कारण ही हो सका है। बार एसोसिएशन कैराना आपके उपरोक्त कार्यों के प्रति आपका बार बार आभार व्यक्त करती है। 

       कैराना में नियमित अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय की स्थापना का प्रस्ताव गत 6 वर्षों से उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के विचाराधीन है। इस न्यायालय की शीघ्र स्थापना के लिए बार एसोसिएशन कैराना आपके रचनात्मक सहयोग की आपसे अपेक्षा करती है। 

    अंत में, बार एसोसिएशन कैराना कामना करती है कि आप चिरायु हों तथा आपके नेतृत्व में कैराना विधानसभा क्षेत्र में विकास की गति निरंतर जारी रहे। "

पत्र और पत्रोत्तर  1-09.06.1990 बाबूजी का पत्र   Late Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji had very close relations with the influential officials and politicians of his time and he knew how to keep those relations alive, but till date the record is that he never took any personal advantage of any relationship, even That in their papers, we found filled forms for notary advocate, both of his own and his wife Mrs. Bina Kaushik Advocate ji, but neither he could get himself appointed notary nor his wife.  On the appointment of Hon'ble Shri Virendra Verma ji as the Governor of Punjab, he sent warm wishes to him on behalf of the Bar Association as President Bar Association Kairana, as well as on the receipt of the letter sent by Virendra Verma ji in support of the High Court Bench , Babu ji also praised his speech given at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi on 28 May 1990, but along with all this did not forget to keep in mind the interest of his Bar Association and wrote at the end...

ऐसी पढ़ी लिखी से तो अनपढ़ ही अच्छी लड़कियां  दैनिक जागरण के 13 जनवरी 2013 के''झंकार ''में दुर्गेश सिंह के साथ चित्रांगदा सिंह की बातचीत के अंश पढ़े , तरस आ गया चित्रांगदा की सोच पर ,जो कहती हैं -      ''  मुझे कुछ दिनों पहले ही एक प्रैस कांफ्रेंस में एक वरिष्ठ महिला पत्रकार मिली ,उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि अपनी इस हालत के लिए महिलाएं ही जिम्मेदार हैं ,कौन कहता है उनसे छोटे कपडे पहनने के लिए ?मैं दंग रह गयी इतनी पढ़ी लिखी महिला की यह दलील सुनकर ...........''     दंग तो चित्रांगदा आपको ही नहीं सभी को होना होगा ये सोचकर कि क्या पढ़े लिखे होने का मतलब ये है कि शरीर को वस्त्र विहीन कर लिया जाये ?सदियों पहले मानव सभ्यता की शुरुआत में जैसे जैसे खोजकर कपड़ों  का निर्माण आरम्भ हुआ और मानव ने अपने तन को वस्त्र से ढंकना आरम्भ किया नहीं तो उससे पहले तो मनुष्य नंगा ही घूमता था देखिये ऐसे -   और आज की लड़कियां अपने तन की नुमाइश कर आदि काल की  ओर खिसकती जा रही हैं और समझ रही हैं खुद की अक्ल से खुद को आधुनिक .सही कपडे पहनकर कॉलिज आने...
