Late Kaushal Prashad Advocate, Member Bar Association Kairana was, as I have Known him, a simple but hard working person. He Had very keenly served the interest of his clients and never gave an opportunity of their being dissatisfied on any count, whatsoever. He courteous and well behaved person with all his fellow lawyers and believed in teamship. He was in favour of amicable relationship between the members of the bench and the Bar. When I as Administrative Judge visited Kairana, I was Invited by him to the local Bar Association and I  noticed that Mr. Kaushal Prashad ardently projected the cause of Lawyers. Indeed a man of his calibre & stature should adorn the seat of an office bearer of the Bar Associations.

I pay my respectful tribute to the great human being.

 स्वर्गीय कौशल प्रसाद एडवोकेट, सदस्य, बार एसोसिएशन कैराना, जहाँ तक मैं उन्हें जानता हूँ, एक सरल लेकिन मेहनती व्यक्ति थे। उन्होंने अपने मुवक्किलों के हितों की बहुत लगन से सेवा की और उन्हें किसी भी मामले में असंतुष्ट होने का अवसर नहीं दिया। वे अपने सभी साथी वकीलों के साथ विनम्र और शिष्ट व्यक्ति थे और टीम भावना में विश्वास रखते थे। वे बेंच और बार के सदस्यों के बीच सौहार्दपूर्ण संबंधों के पक्षधर थे। जब मैं एक प्रशासनिक न्यायाधीश के रूप में कैराना गया, तो उन्होंने मुझे स्थानीय बार एसोसिएशन में आमंत्रित किया और मैंने देखा कि श्री कौशल प्रसाद वकीलों के हितों को बड़े उत्साह से प्रस्तुत कर रहे थे। वास्तव में, उनके जैसी क्षमता और कद के व्यक्ति को बार एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी के पद पर आसीन होना चाहिए। मैं ऐसे महान व्यक्ति को अपनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूँ।

कर जाता है.... दिखाता मुख की सुन्दरता,टूट जाता इक  झटके में, वहम हम रखते हैं जितने खत्म उनको कर जाता है. है हमने जब भी ये चाहा,करें पूरे वादे अपने, दिखा कर अक्स हमको ये, दफ़न उनको कर जाता है. करें हम वादे कितने भी,नहीं पूरे होते ऐसे, दिखा कर असलियत हमको, जुबां ये बंद कर जाता है  कहें वो आगे बढ़ हमसे ,करो मिलने का तुम वादा, बांध हमको मजबूरी में, दगा उनको दे जाता है.                        शालिनी कौशिक  http://shalinikaushik2.blogspot.com --

पत्र और पत्रोत्तर  1-09.06.1990 बाबूजी का पत्र   Late Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate ji had very close relations with the influential officials and politicians of his time and he knew how to keep those relations alive, but till date the record is that he never took any personal advantage of any relationship, even That in their papers, we found filled forms for notary advocate, both of his own and his wife Mrs. Bina Kaushik Advocate ji, but neither he could get himself appointed notary nor his wife.  On the appointment of Hon'ble Shri Virendra Verma ji as the Governor of Punjab, he sent warm wishes to him on behalf of the Bar Association as President Bar Association Kairana, as well as on the receipt of the letter sent by Virendra Verma ji in support of the High Court Bench , Babu ji also praised his speech given at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi on 28 May 1990, but along with all this did not forget to keep in mind the interest of his Bar Association and wrote at the end...

ऐसी पढ़ी लिखी से तो अनपढ़ ही अच्छी लड़कियां  दैनिक जागरण के 13 जनवरी 2013 के''झंकार ''में दुर्गेश सिंह के साथ चित्रांगदा सिंह की बातचीत के अंश पढ़े , तरस आ गया चित्रांगदा की सोच पर ,जो कहती हैं -      ''  मुझे कुछ दिनों पहले ही एक प्रैस कांफ्रेंस में एक वरिष्ठ महिला पत्रकार मिली ,उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि अपनी इस हालत के लिए महिलाएं ही जिम्मेदार हैं ,कौन कहता है उनसे छोटे कपडे पहनने के लिए ?मैं दंग रह गयी इतनी पढ़ी लिखी महिला की यह दलील सुनकर ...........''     दंग तो चित्रांगदा आपको ही नहीं सभी को होना होगा ये सोचकर कि क्या पढ़े लिखे होने का मतलब ये है कि शरीर को वस्त्र विहीन कर लिया जाये ?सदियों पहले मानव सभ्यता की शुरुआत में जैसे जैसे खोजकर कपड़ों  का निर्माण आरम्भ हुआ और मानव ने अपने तन को वस्त्र से ढंकना आरम्भ किया नहीं तो उससे पहले तो मनुष्य नंगा ही घूमता था देखिये ऐसे -   और आज की लड़कियां अपने तन की नुमाइश कर आदि काल की  ओर खिसकती जा रही हैं और समझ रही हैं खुद की अक्ल से खुद को आधुनिक .सही कपडे पहनकर कॉलिज आने...
