Despite a legal practitioner, there was no blemish on the character of Babu Kaushal Prasad Advocate

He was fearless, fair, diligent and his character was not blemish even as a legal practitioner . Advocate interest was always first priority for him and for the interests of lawyers he never step back even used to clashed with higher officials.

         Similarly, once Honorable Alla Rakha Khan,who was appointed as judicial officer at Kairana, refused to accept the strike of advocates and decided to continue working in his court, as soon as Babu Kaushal Prasad came to know about this, he met the judge and told him about the boycott of his court. After hearing this the judge was shocked . He spoke to his friend , the then ADJ Honorable Abrar Ahmed (A few years ago, Abrar sahab had worked as a judicial officer in Kairana ) and Abrar sahab had told him that now he (Babu Kaushal Prasad ji) will directly complain to the CJ. On Knowing this, he panicked and sent his steno to Babu Kaushal Prasad. When Babu ji refused to go with steno to meet judge sahab , judge sahab again sent the steno and then on repeated requests of the steno, Babuji met the judge and then the boycott of the court ended after the judge accepted the lawyers' strike. The judge felt comforted .

 वे निडर थे ,निष्पक्ष थे ,कर्मठ थे ,वकालत व्यवसाय में रहते हुए भी उनके चरित्र पर कोई दाग नहीं है .वे भ्रष्टाचार के सख्त विरोधी थे और उन्होंने एक जज से हाथ मिलाने से यह कहकर इंकार कर दिया था कि मैं भ्रष्टाचारी से हाथ नहीं मिलाया करता .उनके लिए अधिवक्ता हित सदैव सर्वोपरि था और अधिवक्ताओं के हितों के लिए वे उच्चाधिकारियों से भी टकराने से पीछे नहीं हटते थे .

         ऐसे ही एक बार कैराना नियुक्त एक जज साहब माननीय अल्ला रक्खा खां ने अधिवक्ताओं की हड़ताल को मानने से इंकार कर दिया और अपनी कोर्ट में काम जारी रखने का फैसला किया , ये बात जैसे ही बाबू कौशल प्रसाद को पता लगी उन्होंने जज साहब से मिल उन्हें उनकी कोर्ट के बहिष्कार का फैसला सुना दिया ,जिसे सुन जज साहब सकते में आ गए .उन्होंने कैराना नियुक्त रहे अपने मित्र तत्कालीन ए डी जे माननीय अबरार अहमद से बात की और उनके द्वारा यह बताने पर कि अब वे उसकी सीधे शिकायत सीजे से करेंगे ,पर घबराकर अपने स्टेनो को बाबू कौशल प्रसाद के पास भेजा. बाबूजी के स्टेनो के साथ जाने से इंकार करने पर जज साहब ने दोबारा स्टेनो को भेजा और तब स्टेनो के बार-बार गुजारिश करने पर बाबूजी जज साहब से मिले और तब जज साहब द्वारा वकीलों की हड़ताल को मानने पर उनकी कोर्ट का बहिष्कार खत्म हुआ और जज साहब की जान में जान आई .
